Booking Your Appointment

1. Self-Funding Clients: To book your initial consultation, please visit the Contact Page and schedule directly with Bee Heard’s Principal Therapist

2.  Hoppers Special Care Clinic Referrals: If you’ve been referred by the Hoppers Special Care Clinic Team, use the referral code HSCC999 to receive a discounted three-session package.

3. Private Health Insurance: If your private health plan includes extras cover for Counselling or Psychotherapy, you may be eligible for rebates. Please check with your provider for confirmation—you’ll only need to pay the gap fee.

4. NDIS Clients (Self-Managed): NDIS participants with self-managed funding can access counselling and psychotherapy services at Bee Heard for therapeutic support.
